Bookings are made when your completed application and deposit of £20 have been received. Bookings will not be held if full payment has not been received by the due date.

All courses and workshops must be paid for in full one week before the course start date when a confirmation letter will be sent to you with details of what to prepare and bring with you. See bookings for payment methods.

Refunds: Course fees paid will be refunded less the initial deposit. Regrettably no refund can be given with less than seven clear days notice. Deposits are non refundable in all cases of cancellation made by you.

Where possible I will try to reschedule your booking if something unavoidable crops up and you are unable to attend. This will however be subject to availability and will incur an arrangement fee of 20% of your course fee. Alternatively you can send a friend to take your place, just let me know their name.

Should a cancellation need to be made by me due to unavoidable circumstances or if a course is under subscribed, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will be offered an alternative date, credit for the fee paid (valid for one year) or a full refund. No liability is accepted for any other costs or expenses incurred by you.
