Dates and times for the topics below in 2012 can be arranged by contacting me, I’ll endeavour to match those interested to dates and times that are mutually suitable or come to a “Make your own” workshop to learn how to get your soft furnishing project underway with confidence.

THE CUSHION: 

Ideal for beginners, this workshop covers measuring, pattern matching, nap etc. Please bring half a meter of fabric and matching thread with you. All other materials will be provided.

BASIC CURTAINS:  

In this workshop you will learn how to measure and calculate fabrics taking patterns and nap into consideration. The various methods of curtain construction and header styles will be explored through making samples to take home with you for future reference.

THE ROMAN BLIND:  

Take home a sample blind to use for reference when making blinds for your home. Everything you need to know about measuring, constructing and hanging your blind.
